Today, 9 October 2026, we have acquired all the assets behind Zoios. The platform becomes the fifth software product we own and run at Langsom. Our ambition is to help more workplaces benefit from what Christian Højbo Møller, Mikkel Agesen and their team have built.

A mission worth carrying forward.

Christian and Mikkel founded Zoios in 2021 to help companies understand their employees and create better workplaces. Through regular feedback and insight into well-being and engagement, Zoios gives leaders a way to listen, understand what needs attention and act on it.

That mission is why we wanted to become part of Zoios’ story. The founders and their team have spent years developing the product and earning their customers’ trust. We have great respect for that work, and we are grateful to the founders and previous owners for the opportunity to carry it forward.

“We are joining a story that Christian, Mikkel and their team have put years of work into. It is a privilege to take the next chapter on, and a responsibility we take seriously.”

Bo Møller, Langsom

Less friction. More workplaces.

Our main focus for Zoios’ next chapter is self-service. We want a company to be able to sign up, set up its workspace, run its first surveys and start learning from the results on its own. Every step should be easy to understand, from getting started to using Zoios in everyday work.

We will invest in product development and usability to make that possible. Looking after the companies already using Zoios is a priority throughout this work. Their experience and feedback will help us decide what to improve, and help should be easy to reach whenever they need it.

“The path from signing up to useful employee feedback should feel straightforward. We want teams to get started at their own pace, with a product that guides them and help within reach.”

Oliver Lindebod, Langsom

Our approach to growth.

We want to accelerate Zoios’ growth, in Denmark and internationally. Making the product easier to adopt is central to that ambition. More companies should be able to discover Zoios, try it and see its value without a lengthy process to get started.

Our manifesto guides how we do that work: stay focused, do things properly and keep improving, patiently and consistently. For Zoios, that means caring for the product and its customers while building for the long term. As we put it: “Sometimes the fastest way is the slow way.” Read our full manifesto on the homepage.

This is the same approach we take across our products at Langsom. We buy, build and run software businesses, then keep improving them. We built Alunta and PingPuffin from scratch and acquired IDguard. Alongside Boligforeningsweb / Anyhoa, they now have Zoios for company.

We are excited to get to work. To Christian, Mikkel, their team and everyone who has helped Zoios get here: thank you. We look forward to playing our part in what comes next.
